Animal stories play an important role in a Montessori environment by helping children become more aware of zoology. They help develop classification skills and improve research abilities by introducing various animals, their habitats, needs, and the connections within the animal kingdom.

Each card describes an animal's characteristics. Guess which animal it is and match it to the corresponding picture.
