Horse Nomenclature - Cards (red)

The term 'nomenclature' derives from the Latin nomenclatura, meaning 'assigning names.' Nomenclature enriches vocabulary, strengthens language skills, and deepens conceptual understanding.

The Horse Nomenclature Cards are designed as three-part cards and include a blackline master template. The 9 parts of the horse: horse, head, neck, forelegs, hooves, tail, hind legs, torso, and mane.

Includes:

  • 9 cards with labels
  • 9 cards without labels
  • 9 labels
  • 1 blackline master

After the children learn the individual parts, they can create their own booklet by coloring and labeling the blackline master.

Cards with labels are approx. 3¾" x 4", cards without labels are approx. 1" shorter, labels are approx. 1".
