Sloth Nomenclature - Cards

The term 'nomenclature' originates from the Latin word nomenclatura, which means 'assigning names.' Nomenclature enriches vocabulary, develops language skills, and enhances the understanding of concepts.

The 3-Toed Sloth Nomenclature Cards are formatted in 3-part cards and include a blackline master. The 9 parts of the 3-toed sloth: sloth, head, eyes, claws, forelegs, hind legs, abdomen, nose, and paws.

Includes:

  • 9 cards with labels
  • 9 cards without labels

  • 1 blackline master

After the children have learned the individual parts, they can create their own booklet by coloring and labeling the blackline master.

Cards with labels are approx. 3¾" x 4", cards without labels are approx. 1" shorter.
