The term 'nomenclature' derives from the Latin nomenclatura, meaning 'assigning names.' Nomenclature enriches vocabulary, develops language skills, and enhances the understanding of concepts.

The Saxophone Nomenclature Cards are formatted as 3-part cards and include a blackline master. The 10 parts of the saxophone: saxophone, bell, elbow, keyguards, neck cork, mouthpiece, ligature, neck, body, and keys.
