Vertebrates & Invertebrates Sorting

The vertebrate and invertebrate sorting lesson in Montessori education aims to help children categorize and classify animals into two groups: those with backbones (vertebrates) and those without (invertebrates). This activity fosters their ability to organize information and develop scientific thinking skills.

Identify, sort, and classify pictures of vertebrates and invertebrates. Then, use the control chart to verify the classification.
