The Five Senses Sorting - Cut & Paste

The Montessori method emphasizes the importance of the five senses in enhancing and refining a child's sensory perception. This fosters a deeper understanding of the world and nurtures cognitive and language skills.

This is a cut-and-paste activity. Cut out the pictures. Identify and classify the pictures according to the five senses. Use the control chart to verify the classification. Then, glue the pictures onto the blank chart.

This set includes:

  • 25 pictures (5 per sense)
  • 1 blank chart
  • 1 control chart

There are two versions of the cut-out pictures: one in classified order and the other in random order, providing a greater challenge.

The control chart is approx. 8½" x 11".
