Thanksgiving Cards & Booklet (Cdn)

Holidays and celebrations are often grounded in cultural and religious traditions, and learning about them provides valuable insight into different societies and their values. 

This material will give young children some basic information and visuals for the Canadian Thanksgiving holiday/celebration.

Includes:

• 6 teaching cards
• small 6-page booklet

The teaching cards are 5"x 4" to be used by the teacher to discuss the holiday/celebration and then made accessible to the children to view at their leisure.

The booklet contains the same information and pictures as the teaching cards but is printed on 1 (8½"x 11") sheet of paper (each page is 3½" x 3½"). Cut the sheet into 6 small pages to create a booklet, staple, and give to each child to take home.
