Map Nomenclature - Cards

The term 'nomenclature' derives from the Latin nomenclatura, meaning 'assigning names.' Nomenclature enriches vocabulary, develops language skills, and enhances the understanding of concepts.

The Map Nomenclature Cards are formatted in a 3-part series. The 8 parts of a map: map, data frame, map legend, map title, compass rose, map scale bar, neatline, and inset map.
