Frog Definition Set (color)

The term 'nomenclature' derives from the Latin nomenclatura, meaning 'assigning names.' Nomenclature enriches vocabulary, develops language skills, and enhances the understanding of concepts.

This 5-Part Frog Definition Set describes 9 parts of the frog. It includes: frog, eyes, forelegs, hind legs, mouth, webbed feet, head, neck, and trunk.

Includes:

  1. three-part cards (9 cards with labels, 9 cards without labels, 9 labels)
  2. definition book
  3. picture and description cards
  4. description cards and labels
  5. sentence strips
  6. blackline master

To use three-part cards, match the labels to the corresponding pictures. Verify the matches using the control cards with the labels.

After the children have learned the individual parts, they can create their own booklet by coloring and labeling the blackline master.
